Directed to the middle and upper middle classes, the Pedras Salgadas Park will become an open resort.

All these improvements enhance the entertaining and lodging facilities that are not only destined to welcome the visitor on holidays but also to function as a close link to the local community.

In this way, all the infra structures, namely shops, bars and restaurants, will be recovered and, in some cases, enlarged, so that the park will be opened to everyone.

On what concerns lodging, the Pedras Salgadas Park will have, in this phase, an apart hotel – a building that was recovered from the factory former existing in the park – and small villas as a complementary offer.

The old thermal bathing place is being transformed into a modern SPA.

It is also being planned the creation of museums that will invite the visitor to discover local history.
